1 month old

You are already a month old our little Addy!

  And this is what you thought of our little photo session :)
Oh but you do have such a cute crabby face!

At 1 month you are very alert.

This past week we have been getting into a better sleep/awake pattern.

You are a colicky baby right now but that just means more cuddle time :)

And a gift from God you are to us.

 A few weeks ago Tayler and I did a little photo shoot of you..

Here are some of my favorites 

At the end of the shoot all you wanted was to be held and actually that is all you really want all the time.. Hence the lack of blog updates lately :)

You are most happy when you are laying on a shoulder and having your back or bottom patted.

Mommy invested in a carrier so hopefully we will start getting more things done

but most importantly we are all just enjoying this time because we know that it goes all to fast!

I have yet  to capture your new skill on camera so you will just have to take my word for it....

You are smiling at us now!!!

 I will hopefully be posting a picture of it soon.

Happy 1 month Addison Juliette!

1 week old

Dear Addy
 You came into our family one week ago yesterday but it seems like you have always been here.  You fit into our family so perfectly. We are all head over heals in love with you.

  You began your week pulling all nighters.. your awake time was between 11pm to 2am! Which makes for one tired momma. But thankfully your internal time clock is adjusting to life outside the womb and are now sleeping after your nighttime feedings!

You absolutely do not like to have your diaper changed!

I am soaking in all the squeaks and stretches because I know how fast the newborn stage passes

 

We have stayed home all week 

We did take you on a family walk but you weren't too happy about it

so you and mommy quickly returned home:)

It has been fun having Mimi and Papa here because there is always arms to hold you

And that is just the way you like it!
