Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and LET US RUN with endurance the race set before us, LOOKING UNTO JESUS, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." Heb 12:1&2

Bitting the Bullet

You no when you have put something off for so long that you just don't know how, when, or why you should even begin again. Well my friends that is how I feel about this blog. But I decided to bite the bullet and click the little orange compose button. Now here I sit not knowing where to start staring blankly at the flashing cursor line that isn't moving. Do I start where I left off? Or with what happened today? I have Addy's monthly posts that I am 2 months behind that I should do too??? Not to mention the many other event and photos that need to make there way on this screen.
I guess I will start by saying that I haven't dropped off the face of the blogging world.  I love sharing my life with you through this blog and my hope is that soon I will be able to return to a more regular posting schedule. Enough of my rambling!
Baseball season is in full swing right now. Jayden and Zack are on the same team this year ( I love it :) And Mat is coaching again!

 The beautiful cheerleader

Jayden has been playing catcher this year.
During a game while playing catcher he informs all of us in the stands " Man my hamstrings are killing me!" That gave all the parents quiet the laugh and the hamstring jokes are still coming!
Zack is the little slugger and 2nd base man. He loves it and was so excited that he got to wear a cup this year !?!?!?!? Boys some things I don't think I will ever understand :)
Sporting the blue lips to support our team I guess
This little miss is crawling everywhere. She is loving the new found freedom and yummies she manages to find on the floor even though I swear i just vacuumed 10 seconds ago!
Kaitlyn's hair pretty much sums up how my brain has felt lately. So please bare with me and my sparse and sporadic posts! And hopefully soon my brain will return to normal working order and I can start posting more regularly again :)

Day with my Princesses

Nana took the boys for the day and I got to spend the day with my princesses
The morning started with painting 10 little fingers and 10 little toes bright pink with a coat of sparkles. Got to have the sparkle :)

Princess gown made by Auntie was the attire for the day as well as every single bracelet we could find :)
So with sparkles, fluff, sequins, and jewels it was time to start our preschool lesson
Littlest princess had fun watching her Sissy

Addy wanted to get some hands on shape lessons too :) or mouth on rather :)
Kaitlyn is my child who asks to do school... What is completely new territory for me. She loved having my undivided attention with her lesson. Usually it is here and there in between giving boys instruction, answering questions, or telling them to stay focused :) So we colored, cut, pasted, and circle to her little hearts content!

Wardrobe change and hair styling was next.
Mommy couldn't resist doing a impromptu mini photo shoot

Littlest princess was done with all the primping and posing :)

Kaitlyn's solution was to put a cork in it :)

"Umm mommy put that camera down and take her please, I think she needs a nap! "

While Addy slept we cuddled on the couch watching "girly shows"
I enjoyed my day surrounded by emotions, pink, giggles, talking, sparkles, fluff and my 2 princesses.

It still amazes me how God has made each one of my kids so different. I pray that I can always remember that each one of their weaknesses can become a place where God's glory, might and power can be seen!

7 Months

Dear Little Miss Addy, This past month was a busy one for you. Started off by celebrating your 1st New Year! A few days later you experienced a  road trip for the first time. That I am sure wasn't the highlight of your month but you endured. Actually you did very good for almost 9 hrs strapped in your carseat :)  Your first vacation was a wonderful one thanks to Papa and Mimi!I am sure your favorite part was the sand. Feeling it between your toes. Mommy tried very hard to keep your hands out of it but your persistence won and we actually didn't end up with any in your mouth!!

You must have thought it was fun sleeping like a newborn because now you are waking up at least 3 times a night again!!!

Jayden thought it would be funny to have you eat the plastic bananas and it ended up that we all had a good laugh :)

Our little Walrus :)

You make your daddy very proud by saying DA-DA-DA-DA :)

You are growing but are still our little peanut who is     16lbs 13 oz and 25 1/4 inch

Still toothless
We just started giving you pieces of soft fruit,
veggies and you like those a bit more than the baby mush:)
Another big thing this month was dropping you off at nursery at church and the gym for the first time. You don't seem to keen on this idea. When mommy isn't close by you are not a very happy little miss :)  Your favorite past time is sitting on the floor with your toys all around you tasting each one. Oh and can't forget the bath which you can now sit and enjoy splashing in :)

Love you little Miss
Happy 7th Monday Birthday
